Return / Complaint

Simply complete your return at home within the 30-day returns period: 

1. download your free returns label at https://www.impackt.de/ruecksendung
2. print out your order confirmation or invoice and place it in the parcel. It is important that we recognize your order number on it. 
3. pack the goods properly and stick the return label on the parcel. 
4. hand in your parcel at a Deutsche Post branch.
We process returns within 14 days. You will be refunded via the payment method you used. Still haven't heard from us after 14 days? 

Simply contact our customer service team with your consignment number. We will then immediately check the status of your return.

To make the biggest possible IMPACKT, you should make conscious purchasing decisions. So think about it: Which color is your favorite? How big should your suitcase be? Do you need it for short trips or long journeys?
