Products

We try to give you the best advice on our product pages. With size charts and travel time recommendations, you can make more conscious purchasing decisions.
Each of our suitcases comes to you on wheels - in the color of your suitcase. Would you like to give your trolley an individual color kick? Our click & roll wheel sets make it possible.
You will find your case and the extra wheel set in separate packages. The IP1 already has wheels in the same color as the case. With the click & roll system, however, you can easily replace the wheels yourself.
We set all luggage locks to 0-0-0.
You will receive instructions for each of our suitcases. This will tell you how to set your own numerical code on the TSA lock.
First of all: keep calm. Think of a relaxed vacation moment to shake off stress and then do the following step by step:

1. calmly go through all the codes that come into question. And test whether the suitcase can be opened after all. If you have not yet selected a personal combination of numbers, the code is: 0-0-0.
2. remember that you have a lock slider in front of you. This means: push or slide the lock to the side.
3. check whether you are "looking the right way". Number combinations such as 8-6-9 can also be read as 6-9-8.

If none of these tips work, the lock may have been damaged during the journey. In this case, please contact the retailer where you bought the suitcase directly or report the damage to the transport company.
We want your luggage to be safe. That's why your IP1 doesn't have a reset button. Otherwise, anyone could use it to open your suitcase.
Yes, but these master keys are only available to customs or the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) and are only used if there are concrete suspicious cases and the authorities want to open your suitcase without causing damage and check your luggage. Of course, customs and the TSA do not pass on these keys. Not to airports, not to travelers - and of course not to us either.
Our suitcases never come with a key. The security of your luggage is ensured by a lock with a numerical code that you can set yourself. The keyhole is there so that customs can open your suitcase and check the contents in the event of suspicion.

To have a positive IMPACKT, we rely on three pillars: recycled materials, reparability and a 6-year guarantee. In short, we're all about minimizing waste and maximizing durability. Our shells and linings are made with recycled post-consumer plastic. This has two sustainable effects: We conserve new resources, and use 'old' materials to create something new from them. We always pursue one goal: climate-friendly longevity. Our suitcases are easy to repair and the material can withstand any journey. You can find more information about the sustainability of our brand here.
Our bowls are currently made with 46% recycled post-consumer plastic. There is a reason for this: tests have shown us that the material becomes brittle as soon as we go beyond this 46%. A broken shell cannot be repaired and would mean the end of your suitcase. That would not be sustainable. And super annoying for you. Where we reach 100%, however, is in the lining material. It is made entirely from recycled materials.

Our suitcase is also 100% vegan - even with the Peta-Approved label.
We want more sustainable travel to be affordable for everyone, and that starts with luggage. Unfortunately, production in Europe or even Germany is not yet possible for us under this premise, so our products are manufactured in Asia. Together with a long-standing production partner of the travelite family and a specialist in the recycling of plastics, we have developed the most stable mixture of recycled and new material especially for the IP1. The manufacturers of our recycled plastic granulate for the shell and lining are located in the immediate vicinity of the IP1 production site.

We source and process our recycled materials exclusively from factories that are certified in accordance with the Global Recycle Standard (GRS).
Your suitcase should arrive in the best possible condition. With the plastic bag, we protect it from moisture, dust, dirt and scratches. To ensure that the plastic bags also have an IMPACT, we have opted for bags that are made from 100% recycled plastic. Our tip: Reuse them too - for your dirty laundry, for example.
It's always great when you look at our cases 'in live' to make informed purchasing decisions. It's also a great way to support specialist retailers. Click here to find a retailer.
Our IP1 is available in three sizes. We have designed each size for a different travel duration. With the carry-on suitcase in size S you can travel for up to 3 days, the medium suitcase in size M you can pack for about 4-7 days and for trips of more than a week we recommend our space miracle in size L. However, these are only guidelines. On a winter vacation, thick sweaters take up more space than T-shirts for a summer trip.
The better you look after your IP1, the longer it will last. Here are our best care tips.
As soon as you notice that your IP1 is damaged, you should report the damage to your carrier, e.g. the airline, as soon as possible.

It is best to do this before you leave the airport. If you only notice the damage to your suitcase at home or in your hotel, you have seven days after accepting the damaged baggage to make a claim under the Montreal Convention. Please note: damage to your suitcase caused by a third party such as the airline, coach or shipping company is not covered by the statutory warranty. Therefore, the damage to the suitcase must be assessed and (if necessary) repaired or replaced by the party responsible.
One of your wheels has gone on its own journey and can no longer be found? No problem, new wheelsets are available in 6 colors in our online store.
Each IP1 has its own item number. If you open the service zipper in the inner lining, you will find it on a white sticker inside.
