Sometimes it happens that our order confirmations end up in the spam folder. So check whether there is an e-mail from us hiding here. 

If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.
We want you to be able to track your parcel when it is on its way to you. You will receive a shipping notification with your consignment number when we have handed it over to DPD. 

If you have a customer account with us, you can also view the status via 'Your orders'.
An exchange is not directly possible with us. What you can do, however, is return your package to us and place a new order. However, always remember that every return is at the expense of our environment. That's why we try to give you the best advice on our product pages. With size charts and travel time recommendations, you can make more conscious purchasing decisions.
